We encourage sites to conduct their own evaluation of program outcomes. The student survey that was used in the Project EX evaluation studies has been modified for use in local evaluations. The student pretest and posttest survey files are available free of charge and may be downloaded below as either PDF (.pdf) or Word (.docx) files. Suggestions for the use of survey data, including the answers to the knowledge questions, are also provided.
